Hi. I’m Olivia.
I'm so excited you found me! Don't worry - I’m nowhere near as put together as this picture may suggest…. I'm a clumsy, very excitable Aussie who doesn't take herself too seriously and enjoys coffee and guacamole more than any healthy human should.
I grew up as a pastor’s kid in Sydney, Australia, but at 18 years old I moved to the USA for college. Fast forward a few years, I married my college sweetheart just days after earning my BFA in Graphic Design. While Australia will always have my heart, I now call Michigan home, where my husband pastors the very church he grew up in.
When I’m not juggling life with my little family or freelancing for faith-based businesses, I work part-time as a graphic designer at a successful marketing agency. With a lifetime of firsthand exposure to real-world ministry and eight years of experience in advertising, I’m uniquely equipped to help your church through its rebranding journey. Let’s work together.
Why do I do what I do?
As both a pastor’s kid and now a pastor’s wife, I’ve experienced firsthand the need for quality design in churches and ministries—and the unfortunate reality that it’s often overlooked in favor of other priorities (*ahem* budget *ahem*). But I don’t believe it should be that way. In a world that’s increasingly visual, the church must stay relevant to effectively reach others and maintain credibility within the community.
God calls us to give our best in all we do, and design should be no exception. I received my BFA in Graphic Design with the goal to help ministries create their brand and build a strong visual identity within their community and beyond.
In Genesis 1:1, we learn that God is a Creator, and because we’re made in His image, we reflect Him when we create. Whether I’m designing a logo, developing a brand, or hand-lettering a custom piece, my goal is always to point people back to Him and the beautiful, complex, and joy-filled world He created.
